Coaching Series – 3 months $1,200AUD
Every day we wake up, do what’s on our to do list, rinse and repeat; something like Groundhog Day. Chores that no one wants to help with… Speaking, but no one is listening… Existing, but not really living… Working, but not really achieving. You feel every small criticism or perceived slight from friends or family, which leaves you feeling like you’re not good enough, which leaves you feeling overwhelmed with shame, sadness or frustration.
If you want to rekindle the love you had for yourself, add some spark back in your relationships and find more meaning in your life, I will guide and hold space for you fortnightly, to create positive, heart-centred powerful goals. I will support you in taking meaningful action that will resonate with the real you.
Fortnightly sessions will be via Zoom, with access to me in between via Facebook voice messenger or email during business hours. There will be some document sharing and you’ll have access to my vaulf of extensive resources as required.
Individual Coaching Sessions – 90 min. $249AUD
Have a goal you want to attain quickly? I hear you! Sometimes I want to smash out an idea that I’ve been working on, but don’t want to wait three months for an outcome. I provide an objective ear and a voice of reason so you can gain clarity quickly and effectively. Some of your goals may be in relation to:
- Making a quick decision around changing careers or roles.
- Being presented with a major choice in your personal life.
- Unable to figure out the final steps to complete a project or resolve a problem.
In 90 minutes, over Zoom, or if you’re local to Frankston we’ll meet at a local cafe, we’ll tackle your issue head on and you’ll walk away with an action to proceed with.
NDIS therapy sessions – quote required
Creating goals, or having someone to listen who gets you, is something we all crave, but having the know-how to define them, then the confidence to go after them can be challenging. Having an intellectual or physical disability can add an extra layer of complexity to this challenge – but it doesn’t have to!
I’ve been blessed to support NDIS clients since 2017, and nothing gives me greater joy than seeing my clients realise their goals, as well as liking that they’re being acknowledged as an equal human being. I’ve helped with everything from gaining a drivers licence to building their confidence up to find their voice in the local community, to finding hobbies that bring joy and pride, to connecting with employment agencies that actually listen.

Self care sessions – $140 for 50 minutes.
How often have you wanted someone to just listen and not judge you, or try to ‘fix or counsel you?’ How often have you thought, who can I have a heartfelt talk with who will truly listen and who isn’t connected to the issue?
I have certainly felt this way. Particularly since being diagnosed with Inattentive ADHD and RSD (rejection sensitive dysphoria). So I created this session for that woman in need.
I love supporting women who want someone to talk with over a cuppa, whether it be a cafe in my local area (within Frankston municipality) or via Zoom, but who don’t want or need a traditional therapist.
I do this by…creating a safe and comfortable space that is confidential, but friendly. Actively listening without interruption. Showing empathy and understanding without being condescending. Offering support without trying to fix things. Encouraging personal growth and self reflection when necessary.
