Anxious Woman
With the festive season fast approaching again, it is often painted as a time of joy, laughter and togetherness. But for so many, it can feel like the exact opposite. Instead of relaxing, we find ourselves rushing, organising, cooking, hosting, and saying yes to every request that comes our way.
How many times have you agreed to attend an event that you didn’t want to go to, or taken on an extra responsibility just to keep the peace? How often have you put your own needs aside so that everyone else could be happy?
If you’re nodding along, you’re not alone! I’ve been guilty of this in decades past and it leaves you feeling burnt out and in some cases used. For so many (women in particular), especially those who’ve spent years caring for children, partners, or colleagues, saying no feels impossible, or irresponsible. We worry about being seen as selfish, unkind, or unhelpful. And yet, deep down, we long for a break, a moment of rest, or simply the freedom to choose what feels right for us.
This is why I created my three week program, ‘How to say no this festive season.’ It’s a safe supportive space designed especially for women who are ready to step into their own power and reclaim their voice. Together, we will explore practical strategies for setting boundaries with confidence, without guilt or fear.
– Say no in a kind and respectful way
– Protect your time and energy without damaging relationships
– Let go of the guilt that comes with putting yourself first
– Create a holiday season that feels joyful and calm, rather than overwhelming.
Imagine entering December feeling lighter, calmer and more in control. Imagine having the courage to choose what truly mattes to you, instead of being swept up in the endless demand of others. That’s what this program is all about, helping you move from exhaustion to empowerment.
Saying no isn’t about shutting people out. It’s about letting yourself in. It’s about honouring your needs, your values, and your wellbeing. And when you do that, you actually show up more authentically for the people you love.
So, if you’re ready to rewrite the way you see the festive season, I warmly invite you to join us. One hour for three Wednesdays in a row from 15th October. You’ll receive a workbook to write your thoughts and feelings in and me in your corner for three weeks.

Until next time,
